Our products have manufacturer's warranty, and on our part guarantee is covered by equipment malfunction for 12 months.
If the item fails within the warranty period, you must return, sending previously an e-mail to email@example.com to tell us about your shipment.
Then we will then contact you to provide other items, or if you prefer, and is within 7 days, to refund your money.
In general, shipping costs and management will only be returned just in case the item is defective. If the cause of the return is because you don´t like the product or isn´t what you expected, the customer should support shipping costs. In this case,there´s a period of one week to return the item and must also send aprevious email.
Item must be returned intact, sealed and properly packaged. In this case, we´ll offer another article or a voucher or coupon to purchase another product in your next visit, and not refund the money if its not sealed . Not sealed items can´t be changed for hygienic reasons.

When a product is sold will be displayed on its tab.
If an incident occurs and we can not serve the items you purchased, we´ll send an email just to confirm if you want to wait, to change product or if you want to get your money back.
